Into the Gold Program Overview
WEEKS 1-3 | INTO THE QUIET
As I call it, our quiet is our home within. It is the voice, the intuition, and the love that exists to guide us on our most abundant path in this life. We have endless access to this beautiful gift. However, many of us move through life without using the relationship with our quiet to guide our decisions, support our desires, and essentially live in more truth, wholeness and fulfillment.
In the first few weeks as your coach, I guide you to [re]locate and nurture a deep connection with your quiet, so that you may soulfully extract what gorgeous abundance awaits you. This is fun, and also serious work. You can expect to be stretched here. We work with slowing down, opening up, and allowing ourselves to see what wants to be illuminated and manifested.
I guide you into this space with many tools. Examples include: journaling, meditation, creative expression, energetic work, and guided visualization. I truly love these weeks, as it is the foundation supporting all magic moving forward.
WEEKS 4-7 | INTO ALIGNMENT
Here is where you really start to play, notice, and transform your energetic connection to the Universe and yourself. Alignment is an energetic construct…and the best part is that YOU are in the driver’s seat. Our cosmic support is never-ending and more simple to access than you might believe.
During these weeks, we work with the natural laws of the Universe to support your desired outcomes. If you are not familiar with these laws, don’t worry! You will be given the basic building blocks that you can continuously grow with.
This brilliant connection between science and spirituality is so so good. The more you mold yourself in alignment with the natural laws of the Universe, the more you can truly extract that which you desire. Your knowledge, understanding and use of these laws is the Queenship.
You will walk away from these important weeks confident in your ability to artfully craft the life and experiences that set your soul on fire.
WEEKS 8-11 | INTO THE GOLD
The Gold is the juice, the magic, your uniqueness that is here to be expressed and celebrated. At this point in the program, your intuitive quiet has illuminated for you an idea of where you want to be. Now you combine the dream with the toolkit to produce the desired outcome.
During this time we develop a plan, push past ANY blocks that come up, and you dip your toes into the pool of allowance, allowing yourself to sink deeper into living in alignment with your truth.
The reason this space is so transformative is because as you do the work, and you begin to see shifts in the results, you are forever reframing the way you approach your life.
This beautiful process unleashes a vigor within that you will inevitably carry into all areas of your life. You are essentially giving yourself a continual gift…your own gold.
